fl studio 8 xxl is the shiz, Its easy to learn to make basic beats but theres not much its not capable of, possibilities are endless, I also use reason 3, acidpro 6, adobe audition and mpc 1000 but fl is definately my favourite, its so underrated people think its a toy

lol I know; just because its so simple to use they assume its for beginners only, It can do everything an mpc 1000 can and more and the workflow is so much better.

yeah acid version 1.0 was the first computer based program I used, even though I have a lot of high end programs, I still use acid for a lot of my current projects.
So I hear you guys on that people making assumptions thing.
